With six divisions within our Tampa, FL headquarters, we are able to support the entire United States and even our defense partners in OCONUS work. Britt Massing

Owner and Founder

As one of the founders of SRG4, Britt Massing is responsible for leveraging his nearly 30 years of recruiting experience, mostly in the Life Sciences industry, to help set the strategic direction for SRG4. As a visionary of the firm and SRG4 Advisory Board member, Britt also engages with other board members and industry experts to ensure that SRG4 is well-equipped to thrive in the rapidly evolving recruiting and staffing industry.

Matt Spanke

Owner and Founder

Matt Spanke, also a founder of SRG4, has nearly 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, primarily in the Government Services sector. Matt not only brings a dynamic vision to SRG4, he also actively mentors and supports SRG4’s overall sales function. With his vast experience working as a contractor on many agency contracts, mostly with the Department of Defense, Matt’s experience allows SRG4 to be a key teammate on many mission-critical opportunities for the U.S. Government.

Chris Elam

Chief Executive Officer

With his 12+ years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, Chris Elam provides direction and vision for all aspects of SRG4’s operations with an emphasis on helping the team achieve its long-term goals. Chris started with SRG in 2014, previously serving as CFO. In addition to profitable growth, Chris believes that SRG4’s true success is measured by the number of opportunities SRG can create for its employees and clients.

Kim Connors

Chief Operating Officer

Kim has been serving as a leader in the staffing industry for over 30 years with a proven track record of creating operational excellence initiatives and managing to customer metrics. Her most notable accomplishments are building and delivering high-performance talent acquisition results, specializing in end-to-end solutions through the sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and engagement of human capital.

Janeen Miller

President Life Sciences

With over 18 years at SRG4, Janeen Miller is the President of Life Sciences. She is the SME when it comes to working hand and hand with start-up, mid-size, and Fortune 100 Life Science related companies. She’s responsible for managing all client relations, providing up to date industry and market data, strategic partnering opportunities with a consultative approach. She ensures top notch service is provided to our clients, consultants, internal employees and vendors.

Jimmy Bashor

EVP Government Services

Jimmy Bashor is an experienced sales leader and professional that has been with SRG4 since 2013. With 10+ years of industry experience in the Government Services space, Jimmy takes pride in providing the best solutions for SRG4’s clients, while providing unparalleled, personalized service. His passion is meeting new people and growing the SRG4 team and brand.

Jeff Wombacher

Director of Finance

Jeff Wombacher joined SRG4 in 2021 after 8+ years of experience working in public accounting. Jeff is a CPA with a background working with both privately held and publicly traded entities in various industries. He is responsible for all financial reporting and analysis, compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, and effectively managing all aspects of the billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions at SRG4. Jeff believes that SRG4’s emphasis on integrity, transparency, and effective communication with both internal and external clients distinguishes SRG4 in the marketplace and positions the company well for continued long-term success.

Rich Wheeler

EVP Strategy, Growth & Development

Rich Wheeler joined the SRG4 Team in 2021 bringing with him 15+ years of industry experience in the Government Services space. Rich is also a career veteran of the United States Army Special Forces and has excelled in director-level operations and sales roles for large and small businesses in the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and OGA contracting industry. Wheeler drives innovative growth strategies via servant leadership and an extensive network to build revenue and increase sales in current, new, and emerging markets.

Arielle Richardson

Director of Talent Experience

With notable certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as Veteran’s in the workplace. Arielle Richardson is a passionate and driven back-office manager. Having had over 10 years of active experience both domestic and internationally as a payroll professional. Arielle is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to develop and advance.

Bennie Mosley

Program Director – VMS

Bennie brings over 20 years of Staffing and Recruiting experience with proven success that include On-Site Vendor Management. Along with managing and supporting our VMS and RPO client relationships, Bennie monitors Recruiter performance to ensure that contract terms and conditions are being met and exceeding our customer expectations. His professional moto is “Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.”

Leah Clark

Director of Operations

Leah Clark manages all aspects of SRG4’s recruiting and training with an emphasis on developing recruiting strategies and driving continuous process improvements. With over 7 years of operational leadership experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Leah brings a solid track record for growing year over year revenue and service delivery.

Brian Toale

Sr. Account Exec Life Sciences

Brian is a seasoned Account Executive with over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. His specialties include Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer Electronics, Engineering, and DoD with customized support to include Account Management, Recruiting and Sales. His current portfolio includes both local and national accounts. Brian joined SRG4 in 2020 after spending 8 years overseas in Italy and Japan. Brian grew up in Sarasota, FL, graduated from FSU, and started his career in staffing in Tampa.
